Central to production operations, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards while adhering to company policies, food safety regulations, and operational procedures. Worked across multiple production areas including packing (high care & low care), ice‑cream production, and product/Mochi forming KN area.

Manage the manufacturing process with technical and safety guidelines, always ensuring good standards of manufacturing.
Relevant supervisory skills and experience to meet daily target, ideally running a production area environment with 360-degree vision on the floor.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities to lead and mentor the team.
Organised self-starter, planning and prioritising as necessary run the production.

At the end of the shift fill out a shift report and email it to senior management.
