• Responsible for end-to-end learning cycle for 200+ staff from training needs analysis, materials design, logistics delivery, instructing (virtual/face-to-face), evaluation process, attendance record and reporting (e.g. Induction, System Training, Soft Skills Training etc.)
• Cooperate with global/local team for HRIS, organizational development projects (Launch the new LMS platform for global, Competency Model update for Asia Pacific regions, New HR platform in India)
• Work together with SME for technical training by advising blended learning approaches (e.g. E-learning, board-cost, materials, learning technology)
• Organise and host online seminar by region regarding HR topics (e.g. Well-being, Diversity & Inclusion, Appraisal)
• Co-operate with vendors for external training activities (e.g. Robotic Automation Process Training, Soft Skills Training)
• Manage and administrate LMS 
• Being the point of contact towards Learning & Development / HRIS issues across APAC
• Prepare yearly training plan and budget report for expense forecast with local teams

• Support training programmes from target mapping, invitation, logistics management, instructor qualification, enrolment update, equipment setup, attendance record management and evaluation analysis
• Coordinate residential training events / conferences in China and Hong Kong including 1000+ participants/facilitators
• Drive the digital mobile event app/Webpage development with software engineer for training activities
• E-learning development with Articulate/Gomo
• Video editing with Adobe
• Coordinate professional training (professional license oriented) with CPA certified institutions and university
• Manage and administrate LMS as well as other Materials Library
• Coach the new team member for the team duties
