This project involved designing reusable service boilerplates, establishing Go coding standards, and creating engineering guardrails that significantly improved team velocity and code maintainability. Additionally, I architected synchronous order lifecycle flows using the

Saga pattern with rollback handling, and led PostgreSQL optimization initiatives that reduced database latency from 90-120ms to 50ms.
