Acted as a service provider and offering selling and buying rate of foreign currencies to the public
Dealt with customer enquiries face to face and assisting them with buying and selling foreign currency, all whilst providing the clients with exceptional customer service
Processing Debit and Credit card cash advance to the customers
Providing customers with physical sim cards and digital sim cards if they were on holiday for a month
Trying to sell customers with tourist maps and bus tours
Maximising the branch revenue by charging commission and service fee as well as negotiating on trying to get the best deals for the customers
