I'm Tyla, currently working as a Front of House Supervisor in a busy bar and club environment where I help manage service, support the team and ensure guests have a great experience. I enjoy fast paced roles that require strong organisation, problem solving and working with lots of different people.

Alongside hospitality, I've worked across customer service, operations and event environments, giving me experience coordinating teams, handling unexpected challenges and staying calm under pressure. I've recently worked at large scale festivals including Forbidden Forest, which has further developed my passion for live events and the unique atmosphere they create.

Outside of work, I'm interested in music, festivals, design and creative projects. I enjoy being part of experiences that bring people together and I'm particularly drawn to events that combine creativity with strong operational delivery, which is one of the reasons Boomtown appeals to me so much.
