I have a strong customer service background working in inbound and outbound call centres as well as different fields off work from insurance to transport to Financal services but open to new opportunities.

I have previously worked in call centres and office environment roles, dealing with insurance policies to booking taxis around Brighton and Hove. I have gained a number off transferable skills and will be open to other opportunities. I am new to Sheffield and will be available to start immediately.

I have undertaken a Business diploma, customer service courses at City College.
