I’m a dedicated and adaptable professional with a strong background in healthcare and a growing passion for technology—currently training to transition into IT support and cybersecurity.
For over two years, I’ve worked as a Senior Healthcare Assistant at Elysium Healthcare, where I’ve developed excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis-handling skills in high-pressure environments. Now, I’m applying those same qualities as I build a new career in IT.
I’m currently training in core IT skills including hardware troubleshooting, software support, ticketing systems, network fundamentals, and cybersecurity essentials. My goal is to begin in an IT Help Desk Support role where I can gain hands-on experience and continue learning, while providing excellent technical assistance and customer service.
