• Resolved a post scheduler bug where failed jobs were permanently stuck in a publishing state — traced silent error swallowing in the worker, added a failed status via PostgreSQL migration, and corrected state persistence logic.
• Refactored the handler layer — extracted 8 inline API call blocks into reusable package-level functions, reducing handler complexity by ~65% and enabling shared rate-limiting and caching across all API calls.
• Implemented a per-organisation Redis rate limiter (200 req/hour) using non-blocking SCAN — replaced a KEYS -based approach that caused Redis slowdowns under load.
