I’ve led content creation and brand storytelling initiatives - from concept to execution - including website updates and performance tracking. I’m also proficient in a range of marketing and CRM tools, including Mailchimp for automation, Google and LinkedIn Ads for paid media, and Adobe Suite for creative production
In 2024, I completed the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson, gaining a sharp, strategic lens on brand positioning, market segmentation, and campaign planning. Prior to that, I earned a BA (Hons) in fashion design and marketing from Northumbria University, graduating with an upper second-class (2:1) in 2014. Together, these experiences have shaped a creative yet commercially grounded approach to marketing across industries.
