I'm the founder of Foodication Restaurants Ltd, a consultancy specialising in providing operational support and training to restaurant and coffee bar start-ups. Foodication helps businesses get off to a strong start with a successful opening plan and ensures the fundamentals are in place for the business to be quickly running in profit. Foodication also runs training courses in customer service aimed at waiting staff and managers, and workshops for entrepreneurs who are interested in the launch of restaurants.
