I am a very responsible individual that likes to commit to my work and when asked to complete a task I like to complete it to an extremely high standard. I also think that I am a very reliable person, well-mannered and especially polite when it comes to speaking to people.
I am bilingual and many who know me describe me as pleasant and easy to talk to, so great customer service comes naturally to me. I have a very lively personality which helps me get along well with colleagues and I adapt well to company values and management styles. I thrive whilst working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, always rising to a challenge.
I'm a very punctual person and I take pride in my appearance and politeness because I believe in being professional to represent a good quality brand. In addition, I am organised as I like to be prepared for anything.
Health and Beauty Store Associate - Superdrug - Woolwich

My role at superdrug provided me with great experiences in which I was able to better my customer service skills, from communicating to customers about products available as well as using persuasive language to encourage a sale to developing greater communication skills needed to work in a team which was a crucial part of the job. I have also learnt to deal with money as I would also been on the tills. I was also presented with what may be considered unpleasant encounters within customer service which taught me how to best deal with the problem, and how to calmly manage the situation in a way which is beneficial for everyone.
My role consisted greatly of managing inventory with even a role being offered to me out of all my team in having me handle new product and depackaging it to be displayed around the store, this improved my organisation skills as really highlighting my ability to work independently with little management around and still exceeding a the role. Superdrug has taught me a lot as it was a very multitasking job.

Working in this restaurant further improved my knowledge and skills when working in customer service. It improved my discipline and organisation skills as I have to accommodate to others needs as quickly as possible, which in turn aided with my time management. It made me feel more comfortable when working in a people filled environment as well as having to multi-task in order to complete my job to the best of my abilities, especially during busy hours.

From my current job in maintenance I have gained good communication skill, due to the fact that I have had to advocate for my collages as they are not fluent in English. This has helped me practice my native language and increase my knowledge in it. I have previously helped in a restaurant called Chupitos, this job gave me a lot of experience and skills in customer service, allowing for me to know the proper way in which to speak to the service user. Working as a cleaner has allowed for my gaining in various skills and attributes. For example, gaining the respect and responsibility that is needed to obey by the set work times. As my job consisted of set tasks that I alone had to complete it helped me become independent, not being afraid to work alone and make decisions for myself.
I believe this is very important as in most of my life I had been taught the importance of working in a team through institutions such as school so gaining this new attribute has influenced the individual that I am today.
Work Experience - Nursery

Due to my school work I had to take up placement in a social or health care setting. I chose to full fill my 100 hours of work experience in a nursery. Working in the nursery allowed for me to get comfortable in taking on important responsibilities, as is taking care of a group of children and making sure they are all safe and attended to. This improved my ability in multi-tasking as there was many instances in which I had to care for more than one child at a time.

Volunteered to raise money for cancer by selling cupcakes in which I received a certificate.
Volunteer - Secondary School
Volunteered helping with openings and teaching some students. This experience has helped me enhance my confidence by speaking to others.
