Project Title: “Atomistic Modelling, Segregation and Strain in Quantum Dot Lasers for 1.33 m Operation”.
Project was funded by an Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) DTA.
Description: Responsible for analyzing, designing, writing and maintaining complex distributed-computing maths and physics code for the atomistic modelling of semiconductor Nanostructures. This project was deeply involved with mathematical modelling using C/C++ programming language, and MATLAB.
