Deputy Site Manager Serco

Key responsibilities

Deputising for Site Leaders at sercos Regional and Local Test centre ensuring that all service users have a positive experience and that all health and safety measures are in place and adhered to. Other tasks include:-

Managing a large workforce.

Managing stock levels.

Ensuring teams are properly briefed.

Engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, incl members of the public, local authority, law enforcement and the media.

Contributing to creating an environment of operational excellence.

Providing accurate and up to date reporting.

Instilling culture into the sites by supporting the site lead on all requirements.

Liaison with stakeholders on emergency response for issues with infrastructure
