We all worked to very busy lunchtime deadlines to ensure customers' requirements are met promptly. I prepared both hot and cold food according to the daily menu. As part of a team, we provided food for corporate and business meetings and conferences, this is often a variety of platters including sandwiches, canapés, cold deli items and hot food choices and refreshments.

I started at Morisons part time when I was still at high school. I trained in all aspects and service areas of a busy customer café environment. I have excellent customer service skills and have achieved many commendations and awards in this aspect.
Here I worked front of house, handling orders, serving to tables and till work. In the kitchen, I worked with the preparation of food, cooking to order and to menu specifications. I achieved all relevant Food Hygiene qualifications.
During my time, I received training across most areas of the supermarket, this included all aspects of 'Market Street', customer checkouts, shop floor stock replenishment.
