I'm Victor Tripura, I hail from the hills of Tripura, a small state in North East India.
I've been working with TTEC as a Global Chat Support for around 4 months in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
GCX Teammate in eBay, Supporting US and UK Seller's from onboarding process to completing a sale, I've hands-on experience dealing two chats simultaneously and provide them Resolution according to the SOP.
I've knowledge on UKG Pro, Kronos, Slack, Agent Desktop and other tools as well, I've maintained perfect CSAT and ASAT after taking 45-60 live chats daily, queries includes Payment on hold, Seller registration, shipping, refunds, item listing, Bank Verification, Identity Verification etc.
Currently I'm 12th Grade High school graduate pursuing BBA Online
