My expertise sits within media, PR outreach and communications as a journalist, researcher, photographer and senior media editor with 15 years experience.

Whether I am devising communications plans, sourcing media contacts or creating content for internal and external platforms, I perform with the end goal at the forefront of my mind. I have a thorough understanding of the media industry as a journalist and sound knowledge of PR outreach as a media researcher and editor. I have crafted skills in photography production and blog platforms such as WordPress.

I am meticulous about GDPR and continue to be guided by code of conduct, taking in legal and political aspects of journalism when creating content for public viewing. I remain focused on projects and adapt productively under pressure, especially where presenting concise information is paramount.

My practice as a communicator has involved conducting interviews, writing articles, compiling analytical reports and adapting complex information into easy-to-understand text. As such, I am adept at adjusting the way in which I conduct myself and present information based on my audience both in person and in writing. I have cemented relationships internally and externally to reach shared goals, be it connecting journalists to PR clients, bringing together teams or sourcing information.
