I’m a driven, organised and detail-oriented marketer, with 12 years of expertise in marketing communications both agency side and client side. My strong adaptability has enabled me to successfully work across a variety of consumer brands including O2, Apple Music, TalkTalk, Amazon Prime, Nectar and Pommery Champagne. I understand the importance of creating customised, research driven marketing programmes and I’m eager to transfer this experience across other consumer brands.

• As Marketing Manager at O2, I led the strategy and campaign delivery of multiple projects. This included leading the launch of new products such as the O2 and Apple Music proposition, leveraging my strong client management skills to build positive relations and trust with Apple across virtual channels. I created our joint contact strategy and spearheaded its implementation across multiple channels on time and to budget. This resulted in O2 exceeding the Year 1 contractual sales agreement with Apple by 10%.
• As Senior Marketing Manager at TalkTalk, I led a team of 5 across TalkTalk TV and Mobile’s marketing strategy and annual plan targeting 3 million customers. This involved creating and managing award-winning email and social campaigns that increased sales by up to 34%. I worked with Research teams to identify insight and devise high performing, personalised campaign strategies from concept through to execution to drive loyalty and sales. For example, TalkTalk TV was struggling with low sales and a high level of customer churn so I created a nurture strategy across email, social and online to help boost TV sales by up to 34% and reduce churn by 15%. 
• My experience working at the Marketing Agency ‘The Croc’ helped me develop strong skills in client management which would be a great value in the role. I managed multiple client accounts across diverse industries (loyalty, luxury goods, financial services), creating project plans and status reports to manage client expectations whilst collaborating with cross functional teams internally to ensure work was completed on time and to a high quality.
