Vinay Mangati

I am Vinay Mangati, currently seeking a part-time position as a runner with the opportunity to progress into a Front of House Staff role. I have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and bring with me 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant, along with a background in strategic management and operations. This experience has made me comfortable in fast-paced environments and equipped me with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

In this role, I am ready to take on various responsibilities, such as welcoming customers, introducing them to menus and dishes, taking orders, and ensuring timely service, all while adhering to food and health standards. My previous experience in the kitchen has given me valuable insights into the operations behind the scenes, and I am eager to expand my skills, including making cocktails, coffee, and drinks. I’m also prepared to help with washing dishes, cutlery, and glassware, as well as carrying dishes to and from the kitchen.

My experience as a kitchen assistant has sharpened my ability to manage tasks efficiently and collaborate closely with the team. I am comfortable identifying special dietary needs, processing payments, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, bar, or café. Additionally, I’m more than happy to assist with organizing and cleaning the restaurant and bar.

My combined experience in kitchen work, customer service, and management makes me confident in my ability to succeed in this role. I am excited to contribute to a dynamic environment and am ready to relocate to London to start this new chapter.
