• Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with implementing & maintaining the bar's image, delivering excellent cocktails, 5-star luxury wine service, detailed inventories, including new drink products, and wine menu implementation. Flexibility working at a fast-paced bar & restaurant.
• Ensuring that the Minimum Performance Standards Manual considers all aspects of the guest experience. Additionally, follow up on emails, update logs, and track revenue.
