Providing personalized care and support which includes, letter writing, recognizing/recording/reporting of clients daily activities, companionship by being present with clients at review meetings of current care plan and changes in plans if needed, Promoting independence for client by encouraging them to know how things can be done by themselves, Personal care support to client which includes bathing, cleaning, and general grooming, Medication support to client: includes drug dispensing and timing , supporting with Meal preparation for client on a daily basis, Home support tasks which includes maintaining clean, safe and secure environment for client, Disability support to client which includes helping client get on and off bed and move around for shopping, Mental health support which includes engaging in conversation that soothes clients' feelings, emotional and behavioral support. Working closely with nurses, health professionals and colleagues to ultimately support clients maintain their good health and general wellbeing, consistently aim at daily client satisfaction and happiness
