· Visual inspection of finished products.
· Performing Physical testing like hardness, friability, uniformity of weight, pH, density and ID by FTIR.
· Raw material sampling and organizing or performing testing.
· Reporting test result to QA for approval to release the material.
· Releasing of raw materials to production for use once they met with set criteria.
· Facilitating microbial monitoring for site as per the set frequency.
· To performing environmental monitoring of the facility and to report all environmental monitoring data to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
· To ensure all finished product and raw materials samples are sent to the contract laboratories in a timely manner and results are obtained within the expected time frame.
· To maintain the develop the documentation control system in accordance with cGMP.
· Review the batch documentation and verify records are in accordance with cGMP principals.
· To approve and asses manufacturing records.
· Generation and updating of Raw material specification, Finish product specification.
· Maintain the stability’s of finish product monitoring the stability chamber.
· Arrange new stability for the finish product making process reports and final report.
· Maintaining excel data of stability.
· Review certificate of analysis and other relevant testing documents from supply/manufacturer.
· Revise review and write new SOP’s or update existing procedure in timely manner.
· To prepare and perform qualification of various equipment’s used in analytical lab.
· Participate in investigation of out of specification test reports.
· Perform and participate in routine monitoring and maintenance of equipment used in analytical lab.
· To identify areas for continuous improvement within the organization and take a lead to drive the process improvement.
