I am a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for the people I care for.

I have hands on experience working as a support worker in the UK, providing person-centred care and assistance to individuals with different physical and mental health needs. My duties include helping with personal care, meal preparation, mobility support, medication administration, and maintaining accurate daily care notes and MAR charts.

I have Diploma, and I’m also trained in safeguarding, infection control, moving and handling, first aid, and communication skills through my Level 2 Certificate in Health and Social Care and 15 Care Certificates.
