Responsible for managing company finances for an SME providing manned and canine security services nationally, using Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online and Sage 50 Payroll to facilitate the following duties:

• Creating invoices
• Reconciling supplier bills and paying within timeframes
• VAT control
• Credit control
• Reconciling factoring account, trading bank account and credit card statements
