A multi-skill Engineer with three years of experience in the Polyester fiber production process. Proven expertise in polymer processing, and recycling along with lean manufacturing. As an adept Senior Process Engineer, I have a well-rounded skill set in managing polymer production and expertise in Lean manufacturing, processing, and recycling. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in observation and teamwork, including keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Recently, I graduated with Master’s in Advanced Composites and Polymers from Ulster University Belfast which helped me refresh and gain knowledge of advanced materials, processing techniques along with the characterization of materials. I also took the design optimization module in which I studied and analyzed various structures with the help of ANSYS software (Basic tools). In my dissertation on an industrial project, I researched and characterized different Polymer resins extruded to find a suitable resin for Masterbatch pigments.
The characterization was done through the Differential Calorimetry test(DSC), Thermogravimetric Test (TGA), and Tensile strength testing to analyze samples.
