I am an intelligent and articulate person with a strong work ethic and professional attitude. A former soldier of 6 years, with 7 years in the commercial sector in recruitment and customer services roles before moving into security. Since 2018 I have done a wide variety of security work from corporate, to front of house, to site supervisor.
Adaptable and disciplined, I feel that I can thrive in any role and any industry with the right support. On leaving the military I went into sales roles in Northern Ireland where I was living at the time. I found great success in these roles but living in N.I as a veteran was difficult, so I moved back to England in 2004.
I enjoyed my time in the commercial sector and found much success. In recruitment, I always exceeded targets and client expectations. Becoming a new father, I found I wanted to "Leave work at work" more and hence, I moved into security full-time.
Between 2006 and 2018 I worked (usually as a 2nd job) as a Door Supervisor and later Head DS as protection has always been a big part of who I am. I have always tried to serve the greater community in one way or another and wish to continue to do so. I am open to trying something completely new or returning to the commercial sector now as my priorities have changed and I feel so have my strengths.
