Went there as a locum as something so new for me. Working in a warehouse and cold store labelling and dispensing prescription items for renal clients delivered to their home. I learnt so much from my short time there, and it's made me think there is more to pharmacy than just community.

I worked in the robot hub for just over 1 year checking mds trays. Checked that the paper work matched the prescriptions and there file. Then in August 23 I moved to area 4 relief team. Where I go into branches that are behind with labelling and dispensing to catch them up. I also support the pharmacist with 111 and nms and help with daily stuff.

• Labelling, dispensing, cd checks, methadone making up and claiming
• Claiming prescriptions at end of day and counting
• Phoning doctors on queries on prescriptions and items that are out of stock to get an alternative
• Stock date checking and writing off stock that's out of date
• Clear all prescriptions that are going out of date and return to doctor's surgery
• Sort out paper work for end of month prescriptions and put onto mys portal
• Helping out customers with questions on medication and queries on medication
• Take blood pressure on patients that walk into to have them done
• Ordering patients prescriptions when they phone also order mds patients trays before they run out
• Either label the trays or check the trays depending on how much work to catch on
• Marring prescriptions together so they do not get separated so the patient only has to come once not twice
• Claim prescriptions at end of each day
• Ordering the tokens and mds trays and paper and cartons and bottles
