I have 8 years experience working in a kitchen as well as working from home for 4 years as a baker self employed,i am looking for full time work to earn extra money to enjoy life a little more, i love cooking and am happiest in the kitchen.

I have worked as a kitchen assistant for 8 years for emplyers in Llanelli and Swansea at Wetlands Wildfowl Trust Llanelli and Mace Stores Swansea,i servced custoers and iced cakes as well as stocked the store room and served customers,i am happiest in the kitchen cooking,i am not front of house oriented as my roles have been always in the background doing what i do best cooking.

I have cooked for various cafe establishments in Llanelli & Swansea , I have watched hours and hours of YOUTUBE food and cooking tutorials and myself have a YOUTUBE cooking channel called Hobnob & Slippers.I was also a self employed baker for 4 years baking cookies and various other bakes for delivery to the local area. Covid lockdown ended my business in 2019.
