Weronika Sumera

Hi, My name is Weronika and I am a psychology and counselling postgraduate looking for work.

My dream job would be in the mental health field, I am also interested in working in health and social care, teaching, neuroscience, and working with neurodivergence and differently abled people.

2023-Present:

I am currently working for Big Fang Collective Birmingham as a reception host and have been here since May 2023. My role involves first hand customer service, administrative duties and complaint resolution in a fast paced hospitality venue. I stand out against my peers because of my exceptional time keeping and organisation and general integrity towards my role.

2022:

I worked for BRGRI Birmingham LTD In a Kitchen and Cashier setting. This job familiarised me to a customer service role as well as food safety procedures and regulations and money handling.

I briefly worked for Neoperl LTD, in a factory setting as an assembly worker. My transferrable skills from this role surround following environmental safety specifications and fire safety regulations.

2020:

I began working through an agency- The Recruitment Company LTD. This role was my introduction to working in customer service and a fast paced environment. I worked as a silver servant and waitress at Droitwich Chateau Impney and Worceser Warriors Rugby Club

Higher education: I have been awarded a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Counselling from Birmingham City University.

A-Level education: I studied at Worcester Sixth Form College and have Four A-Levels in Psychology, Criminology, Photography and Core Maths. With a Certificate of commendation in Photography.
