I am a committed and self-driven Health Economist with a strong interdisciplinary background and experience conducting economic evaluations for health interventions and new health technologies using HTA and decision-modelling approaches.
Currently, I am working as a Health Economist and playing a key role in several economic evaluation projects for new biomarker tests. Additionally, I have considerable experience in the fields of health policy, finance, and healthcare management. I have professional experience as a public health consultant at IQVIA and was a senior researcher at the health economics unit of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population.
I am pursuing my PhD in Health economics at UCL. I graduated with a BSc. in Pharmaceutical Science from Cairo University. Then completed an MSc. in Sustainable Development 'health policy track’ from the American University in Cairo. Simultaneously, I earned a Diploma in Health Economics from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology.
