I am an enthusiastic and highly self-motivated person. In my experience learning and knowledge are essential to becoming successful and I have portrayed that always. I have been in and around construction for the last 13 years and know what it takes to produce results.

I have always met targets under pressure and so would not be phased by this. I also have a lot of computer skills based on the amount of different systems I have used and feel I could transfer my experience and knowledge to any environment other than the field I am in. In my current field I have worked my way up from hire controller to depot manager for a busy London/Essex depot and have been trusted with this process.

Even though I am the Manager I am tasked with covering every part of the business as I don't have anyone to delegate the workload due to being a small company. Therefore, my organisation skills over the past couple years have become my strongest asset and I would thrive in a team and any administration role. I have also recently passed my Passenger Assistant course for SEN children and I am totally committed to a more rewarding position.
