I am a dedicated manager for the NHS 111 contract. I now share my knowledge with employees & managers, helping colleagues in the work environment improve their skill sets, whilst motivating them to achieve organizational goals. Before embarking on my journey in healthcare I was the sole trader of JA Treeworks.
I was the overall decision maker in the organization, winning forestry commission tender, as well as being sub-contractor for, network rail, national grid, ground control and various domestic clients. The organization was accredited the safe contractor award.

I have developed my skills by working as a team manager overseeing teams of varying sizes including both clinical and non-clinical employees. I ensure my team works with optimum performance whilst embracing diversity within the workforce. Over the years representing PPG I have built excellent working relations with all stakeholders, ensuring company reputation is maintained.
I ensure my actions contribute to the achieving KPI's, sharing underpinning knowledge to gain buy in to the service & organization. I use my strong understanding of HR policies, UK employment law. Using organizational policies and KPI's to help ensure the workforce is effectively managed.
I actively promote wellbeing within the organization to help reduce attrition in the workforce acting with integrity at all times. Trained to level 2 Horticulture (Arboriculture), which has provided me with sound knowledge of trees, growing characteristics, urban landscaping, planting and pests and diseases. I was lead climber and site supervisor through out my whole arboriculture career managing teams through a variety of sites with different clients both professional and domestic. I am able to follow detailed site plan and deliver an excellent standard of work.
I particularly enjoyed developing staff members in horticulture knowledge so that they can perform to their best of their abilities.
