• Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.
• Sort and transport luggage between aircraft and terminal buildings.
• Marshal aircraft into and out of parking positions using hand signals or guidance equipment.
• Operate ground support equipment such as baggage tugs, belt loaders, pushback tractors, and cargo loaders.
• Assist with aircraft pushback and towing operations.
• Perform aircraft arrival and departure procedures within tight turnaround times.
