Self – Employed

• Engaged in the buying, selling, letting and managing of two properties since 2017. 
• Carrying out varying levels of renovation work on each property and now managing a single residential unit as the Landlord alongside my studies.

• Effectively managing a workload of tickets that monitor the progress of problem resolution on specific customer accounts.
• Maintain systems by researching and resolving problems, maintaining system integrity and security.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
• Actively engage with a Continuous Improvement framework to constantly seek improvement in working processes and practice.
• Working as part of a team, working cohesively together to ensure we exceeded the required workloads. 

Self – Employed

• Self-employed trader. Offering external building and land scaping solutions.
• Independent management of project logistics, materials acquisition, and cost management ensuring competitive fees and a high quality of service. Average project value £4,000.
• Working closely with customers and other trade professionals.

• Recruiting industry leading professionals into pharmaceuticals industry at middle manager and executive levels.
• Headhunting, interviewing, and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies in client companies. 
• Developing my aptitude in sales and business development.

• Shard Capital is a leading wealth and asset manager. Offering investment, dealing, capital markets services to private, corporate, and institutional clients.
• My duties consisted of attending client and senior staff meetings and developing an understanding of investment procurement and strategy mainly within the technology and commodities sectors. 

Royal Navy

• 6 Week residential placement with the Royal Navy Officer Engineers, completed with distinction and recommendation for selection.
• Commencing after a year of commitment to the undergraduate leadership program. 
• Competitive selection across UK, one of twelve interns selected from 500+ applicants. Achieving A grades for leadership and subordinate development.
