A technical member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (Tech IOSH), with over three decades of site and live industrial plant experience at all levels including Supervisor/Coordinator/Inspector/ Safety and Compliance Manager, to my credit. I take a systematic approach to the appraisal of risks and the implementation of appropriate control measures, including consulting with and involving my teams in all activities under my control, this in turn fosters and encourages the development of a shared and positive attitude towards safety.
I have been responsible for the day to day running of busy departments both on and offshore. Complex inspections and the recording of all my findings are a key part of my responsibilities daily, together with full Site Integrated Management System Audits and reporting.
