I am a kind polite and respectful person with and ethical and logical approach to my personal and work life.
In my spare time I see friends and family and like to stay active so I visit the gym and enjoy long runs.
My favourite films include sci-fi and fantasy and I like to read similar booms and have a games console also.
Recently I enrolled myself on a Certified Ethical Hacking course which I am determined to complete before the end of 2024.
In my previous role I managed the Officers Mess on Bovington Army camp but have recently moved just outside of Sherborne.
In the Officers Mess customer satisfaction was the main focus as the mess housed the senior ranks of the British Army. In my day to day role I would order stock for the kitchen and bar whilst ensuring staff had there rotas published and were aware of there upcoming shifts in advance.
As we sold both food and beverage I would ensure my staff conducted weekly stock takes and then order stock for both the bar and kitchen.
Also staff needed training on Health & Safety, PCI Compliance and General legal requirments.
At the end of each week I would close the weekly books whilst consulting with the accountant daily regarding any cash/card discrepancies and strive to reach my weekly Gross Profit targets whilst monitoring my KPI's.
I went to the Purbeck school in wareham for my late school years and recieved the following qualifications
