Over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, progressing from apprentice to business owner and team supervisor.

Extensive background managing refurbishment and fit-out projects across commercial, retail, and residential sectors.
Skilled in supervising and training apprentices, fostering safe working practices, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong client and contractor liaison experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to specification.
Currently working towards the NEBOSH National General Certificate to transition into a dedicated Health & Safety career.
