Mobile Plant Operative - Viridor - Bargeddie (2023-to present ) - Operate mobile plant safely and efficiently within a high-volume waste and recycling facility - Use SCADA systems to monitor plant performance, identify faults, and support continuous operation - Complete accurate production logs, shift reports, and handover documentation - Carry out weighbridge operations, ensuring compliance and accurate vehicle tracking - Manage vehicle marshalling and traffic flow, maintaining site safety at all times - Conduct daily pre-use inspections and report defects promptly - Support production targets by identifying issues early and reducing downtime - Maintain high housekeeping standards across operational areas - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leaders regarding plant status and safety concerns
