My role also involved directing staff training, supporting new and existing team members, and ensuring operational continuity across both day and night shifts.

I am currently completing CMI Level 5 and hold qualifications in Project Management Level 5, Passport to Management, Stress Awareness, Managing Conflict, Introduction to Coaching, Dignity & Respect, and Information Governance. These programmes have strengthened my ability to lead teams effectively, manage performance, and maintain compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.

I am highly results‑oriented, with a strong customer focus and the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
