I am a dedicated and reliable individual with a strong background in customer service and problem-solving, which I believe are essential for a security officer role, whether in a retail setting, pub, event or corporate security. I have 2 years of experience working in environments that require vigilance, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

In my previous roles, I’ve developed the ability to remain calm under pressure, manage conflicts diplomatically, and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations. I’m also physically fit and well-versed in safety protocols, ensuring I can act quickly and effectively in case of emergencies.

My responsibilities included conducting searches (whenever necessary), regular patrols, monitoring CCTV systems, preventing theft and unauthorized access, and managing crowd control during busy periods.
