Some of my specialisms are Organisational, People & Cultural Change & Transformation, including all areas of operation, enabled by primarily Microsoft Technologies across their ecosystem, especially ERP & Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Bringing lots of Personality, Passion and Pride, I lead with empathy, trust, respect and humility, having high levels of EQ (Emotional Intelligence) and understanding how to use them. Formally trained I fundamentally know how to create Cultural environments that are not only diverse & inclusive, but create Psychological Safety for all, motivating, engaging and enabling teams of People to be their whole true selves, bring their very best every day and thrive.
As a proponent of inclusive practice I recruit based solely on knowledge, skill, experience, personality and behavioural type, building teams that are game changing. I know that any problem or challenge we face there is a solution for, we just have to find it. To do that, you need perspective, lots of it, from unique human beings who are given a voice that is heard.
Developing talent, growing your own, and paying it forward, along with HCM & HRIS in depth knowledge are areas of provision that I most enjoy.
