I am a Registered Counsellor with the BACP, specializing in child and adolescent therapy. I have completed an Integrative Diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling at Terapia and have accumulated over 650 hours of clinical experience. My background includes working in school settings, and taking on referrals in a clinic, providing tailored emotional and psychological support to young people and adults. Friern Barnet School, London, U.K — Trainee Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist
I have created and implemented a therapeutic group intervention which uses TTRPGs (eg. Dungeon and Dragons) as a medium. This is destined for 4-6 participants and each session lasts 1h30-2h. Participants create a hero, a backstory, individual goals they wish to achieve, and embark on collaborative storytelling and roleplay. The facilitator weaves the participants' stories into a bigger thread and role plays all the characters that they meet. This allows for the participants to be able to explore different ways of interacting, parts of themselves, as well as cultivate interpersonal skills.
