My interest in natural health and meditation practice began in 2002, after my first trip to India at age 19. I trained as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher in India in 2005.

A short time after this I did Melody’s Love Is In The Earth, Level 1 Melody Crystal Healing Workshop.

By age 24 I began my studies of Ayurvedic medicine at Middlesex University in London and 5 years laster I graduated with an BSc and MSc Ayurvedic Medicine. Natural health and natural living have been an integral part of who I am for the last 20 years.

I have experimented and enjoyed cooking since age 11, cooking meals for my family.

I use my knowledge of healing foods and love of cooking to support clients with healthy eating and special diets.

I have been dedicated to the field of health, wellbeing, Yoga and Ayurveda for over 15 years.

I am wholly focused on encouraging healthy lifestyle choices in both commercial and non-commercial environments, as well as making these available to the wider community.

Having experienced the way healthy living and Ayurveda can miraculously heal and improve the lives of many people, including myself; my faith in these approaches has deepened as has my dedication to enlightening others to their incomparable capacity to heal.

Through my previous roles, I have gained a wealth of experience in training and teaching different types of people, through which I have developed a deep understanding of peoples' differing learning styles, and how to cater to each. I thoroughly enjoy giving talks and educating large groups of people, and feel as though I thrive in such environments.
