I am a highly driven individual with exceptional experience in client services within the retail, security and the Fitness industry. Greatly receptive with a strong ability to thrive in team environments as well as interact well with customers, colleagues and senior management. Also a great problem solver and always motivated. I've always been a active young man which is why I have chosen the security industry as it has given me a great experience at work. I also compete as a boxer and have boxed all over the world and in the uk.

In 2018 I had a great opportunity to attend Las Vegas USA for a boxing show which was a fantastic experience to show case my skills in a foreign country. Adding boxing as a bonus martial art helps me stay disciplined in day to day life and helps me carry myself professionally.

In this year I worked in a few different places. One of the places was a clubhouse in vauxhall. This was a great experience as I was able to interact with customers while being on duty and operating my duties and patrols.

I also worked in central london covering some security work in a lounge/ restaurant. Clocking in on time and making sure I was ready to begin work. While working on this site I would do my usual patrols and pay attention to detail making sure customers where safe and respecting the venues policies and making sure everything ran smoothly and members of staff and customers felt safe and secure.

I would also do regular hazard checks and fire exits checks to make sure everything was well protected and secure.

• I worked with companies like buffalo security And bidvest noonan where I would be in charge of raffle tickets and taking control of ques of people and making sure everything was running well.
• Also I was making sure my communication skills were perfect when communicating with other colleagues about how to manage the site I was working in also how to manage high volume of customers while they were queuing up.
• Other times I would do patrols in venues and hotels making sure the area was clear and safe for customers and clients who were attending that evening.
• Moving on to working in events with football I would manage crowds and check customers tickets and guide them to different entrances and places around the stadium.

Security Officer - The Horny Man at Hays - London Bridge, London

At around January I worked in a pub located at the river docks at london bridge. This was a unique and a historical pub to work at as it dated back to the 1800s. When I worked here my duties would be to patrol in and outside of the premises and make sure customers and members of staff stayed safe and had a great experience. From time to time I would walk around the premises and make sure the fire exists and stayed clear and safe. In addition I would check and make sure toilets appeared clear of any hazards that could harm the customers or me. I would also be doing careful checks and patrols outside the premises and make sure there wasn't any suspects or any suspicious behavior been taken place in around the premises as this could lead to several issues. I also monitored outside and guided customers to smoke towards the riverside dock as there was a no smoking policy outside the pub. This was because outside the venue was a closed in tunnel which also was a path for tourists and members of the public passing by.

The area become overcrowded so I had to watch carefully to see if there were any thefts going on or if memories of the public where struggling to pass by. So I had

In the year 2024 I worked in a bowling arcade in lakeside grays. My job was to check IDs as customers entered the venue. In this particular area there were many minors who would be surrounding the area wanting to enter the premises.

I was told by the manager after 8pm any minor under the age of 18 wasn't allowed to enter the premises as alcohol was been served and the venue also had gambling machines. From time to time I would have to ask minors to leave before 8pm as they would cause trouble and nonse which made my life difficult but I stuck to my training and managed to deal with them well. During my shift at work I'd be scouting different areas of the venue like bowling alleys and make sure everything was running in order and there wasn't anything unnecessary going on or any violence being taken place.

I'd also have a radio which I was able to communicate with the manager and members of staff who were serving the customers and guests entering the venue.

Concierge/Security - Student Unicom's

i've also worked in student unicom's. Main duties consists of dealing with customers and concierge settings and looking after the sight. this meant if delivery's came in i would sign for and answer the door. other times i'd answer phone calls and e-mails been sent through by students and i'll meet there request by responding back to them.

• Regular cctv and fire exits patrols and making sure everything was running smoothly around the premises.
• sometimes i would be working with a colleague who will be opposite me at a another sight abs we use great communication skills to contact through radio.
• overall staying firm and upright and making sure the premises was safe for my surroundings.

In this time period I worked as a customer service assistant. Main duties of the job consisted off dealing with customer enquires:

• If customers had a interested in buying a product I would direct them to what they wanted and assist them to the best of my level.
• Assisting customers with Data and SIM cards
• Helping customers with network providers and how to switch networks.
• I also tracked orders online made by customers and filled in invoices
• Selling and advertising products at a high marketed level

Security Officer - The Chesterfield Hotel - Mayfair, London

(2023-07 - 2024)

Around this time frame I worked in a hotel in Mayfair called the chesterfield. I would greet customers as they came in and guide them to front entrance where they would do there check ins. I was also do patrol checks and monitoring the premises as best as I could and made sure I was paying attention around different angles in the building and making sure members of staff felt safe and secure.

I was the only security officer working at this time so this gave me a great advantage as I was able to master my responsibility skills and work on myself. I also made sure that no one entered in the building if they looked suspicious or a threat. So overall my presence was great in around the premises.

6 months ago I was working as a security guard at the tottenham ground stadium located in white hart lane. Main duties consisted off:

• Securing the stands in the stadium by keeping a close eye on disruptive intruders during the events.
• Monitoring the radio with effective communication skills to be on look out for any emergencies.
• Monitoring potential hazards.
• Having effective awareness skills and being alert throughout the whole event time.
