I have also had the opportunity to use my great IT skills into play. in this, there was a lot of use of Microsoft packages such as excel and word in specific. in these, I had to create rota's/timetables for the colleagues in which I had to use Microsoft excel(advanced). I also had to use Excel for importing relevant information such as stock taking. in this I had to gather all information that was given to me and then later on for me to import it into excel, again using advanced excel.
I also had to use Microsoft word for printing out posters and notices for customers and colleagues. Also as a Reception Team Leader, I had the opportunity to upsell products & services to customers. These included upselling products & services such as membership options, party offers and dealing with general enquires and complaints.
