During my three years at Richmond Park Golf Course I gained a lot of knowledge from my role in a managerial position, for example, I oversaw daily operations of the course, ensuring a high standard of customer service and facility management.

• Supervised and supported front-of-house, retail, and grounds staff, coordinating shift schedules and delegating tasks to maintain smooth operations
• Handled customer queries, complaints, and feedback, maintaining a professional and solution-focused approach to ensure guest satisfaction

As a Christmas temp at River Island, I worked in a high-pressure retail environment, quickly adapting to store procedures and delivering excellent customer service during the busiest time of the year.

As part of my Level 3 Health and Social Care course at Kingston College, I completed 100 hours of work experience in a care setting of my choice. This experience greatly enhanced my teamwork skills, as I rotated through various roles including front of house, appetizer preparation, main course, and dessert cooking.
