My goal has always been to ensure the highest level of care is delivered to the residents and the family receive the support and reassurance they require. It is important to me that that everyone I support has a smile on their face.
It has been a rewarding experience. It has taught me the importance of excellent customer service, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure. I enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring they have a positive dining experience. It's a role that requires both teamwork and individual responsibility, and I've learned a lot about communication and problem-solving along the way.
