Weddings and Events - RAGASAAN
(2024-01 - 2026-12)
From 2024 to 2026, I worked at weddings and events as part of a catering and hospitality team. My responsibilities included setting up and decorating tables and event spaces, preparing service stations, serving food and drinks, welcoming and assisting guests as a hostess, and supporting customers throughout the event. I was also responsible for helping with the clean-up after events.
This experience has strengthened my customer service, communication, teamwork and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude.
Restaurant Staff - RESTUARANT
I have previous experience working in two restaurants, where I developed an understanding of the day-to-day demands of the hospitality industry. These roles helped me build strong communication skills, learn how to work effectively as part of a team, and provide a positive experience for customers. Combined with my wider hospitality experience, I am confident working in busy environments and adapting quickly to different roles and responsibilities.
Work Placement - Primary School
I am currently preparing to begin a weekly work placement at a primary school as part of my college course. This placement will allow me to gain valuable hands-on experience working in an educational environment, supporting children and developing my communication, teamwork and professional skills. It will also build on my existing experience and help me further develop my knowledge of working with and supporting young people.
