Yasmine Greig

I'm a dedicated and hardworking student who takes pride in the roles and responsibilities I've taken on both in and outside of school. As part of the prefect team, I have supported younger pupils, volunteered at community activities, helped at school events, and acted as a positive example within the school community. I sit on the Eden Court Youth Board, where I work with others sharing ideas, contributing to projects that make a positive difference for young people and get invited to events such as the Glasgow Film festival.

I also have a published blog on the website named "Napoleon Dynamite: The beauty of being awkward". For the past year and a half, I have worked at Carolton Care Home, where I have developed strong reliability, responsibility and time management skills. Balancing employment with school has taught the importance of commitment.

As I have recently finished my Higher exams, I stay committed to achieving well academically while working through my skills through work and volunteering. I bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication to what I do.
