I am a diligent, punctual and a hard-working individual who has excellent communication skills which are helped by the ability to speak several languages fluently.I can adapt to any given situation, and I am not afraid of new challenges. I have worked at Best One and I am currently working in Pimhole Pharmacy. I am good at working as a team, I am good at communicating on the phone and face to face.

In the past I have worked in Best One by providing customer assistance and answering customer queries, welcoming customers, I know how to handle money, I know how to do stock taking and I know how to the till. 

I currently work in Pimhole Pharmacy by using customer service skills to help pharmacists order, prepare and dispense medication. I am good at communicating with people either face-to-face or over the phone to answer any queries. 

In 2020-2021 I have studied Level 1 Health and Social Care. In 2021-2022 I have studied Level 2 Health and Social Care. In 2022-2023 I have studied Y1 Level 3 Health Social Care. In 2023-2024 I have studied Y2 Health and Social Care.
