The WASP performs culturing of urine samples after analysis by Sysmex Urine Microscopy analysers and incubation in WASP incubators. The Colibri picks colonies of isolated E. coli organisms (programmed primarily for E. coli colony selection), creates dilutions into commercially prepared tubes and dispenses into saline tubes arranged in the Colibri, along with purity plates incubated at 37 degrees Centigrade in the hot room.
